Swert's Official Status on MOD

Okay, so here's the facts, since some people don't seem to think so. Keep in mind I won't be naming any names unless otherwise stated.

1) I am NOT an Admin. I once was, I may still have some power, but not as much as a true admin. I cannot ban a person, edit profiles, or anything. I can only close topics, move topics, delete posts, and delete topics. Oh, and skin making and editing the News Fader.

2) I don't intend to use said powers on here. I'm not an actual admin, I don't intend to return to that job, and so on.

3) No, I don't want to lose my job title or group. I enjoy being my color, and having the ability to do that. Keep in mind, I hardly do anything here, so leaving me with that power is pretty much an okay thing. I'm more or less an emergency admin, when Immy isn't online and I happen to be looking.

4) I don't have any secret agendas. I own BS01, why do I need to invade here?

5) Don't ever think I'd restrict your freedom of speech. I support it til I would die and be burned in honor and turned to ash and spread across my homeland. However, when you go around posting stuff that I cannot allow you to post for actual legal reasons, I will act on it.

6) I do know who john is. I won't say who he is. Don't bother asking who he is.

I leave you now with this in mind: I'm not leaving my status, but I do plan to just leave if I have to. I don't care how you think of me after this topic, I know the truth. -Swert

Topic has had a lot of posts deleted, my apologies for the inconveniance, Ive tried to leave up the ones that seemed to do with the conersation and development of the topic.

1st! Swert is trying to put things out here so we can understand them and put them to rest. He could have worded this better. I know from experience that trying to filter some content invokes members to claim us as hiding things for the wrong reasons, I know some of you know what Im talking about. Swerts trying to get it discussed and done with rather than completely filter it and dodge it where it would casue these problems, and put your mind at ease.

2nd Swert has permission to filter the stuff to help protect his associates and those who are posting it as a "stand against swert for filtering stuff". I do not lie here, based on what I understand and have looked into, anyone posting the information can wind up under investigation and potentially having thier homes raided and their electronics seized by federal government employees. Im not saying it will happen, and "legal action" on the internet may seem like an oxy moron, but theres a pretty good risk of it happening.

3rd Swert, next time, do not reopen a topic that a staffer has closed, Monasti, No cally people idiots >_>. Dernit theres other stuff I think I forgot, Ill get to em @_@

Text in your signature should not stretch the page in full browser window. With an image/banner in your sig, the text shouldnt be much more than the hight of the banner above, making your total sig space about two of the banner above stacked on top. You can sacrifice images for twice the text but not vice versa.
