My cam's being picky again, so let's start a discussion on...  Matoran!I'm sure a few of you don't like to build them yourselves, since they're beneath you or some such bull, but I know better. As I've mentioned, I favor the Voya styles for their unmatched customizaition potential, but I've also dabbled in custom builds. My favorite part is accesorizing. I like trying to find interesting tool ideas. I guess that goes back to my compulsion to sometimes use pieces I wouldn't normally consider. Or sometimes I get a wierd idea in my head. One of my strangest matoran started out as a joke a few years back. I wanted a random "McToran" to show off some ideas I had for accessories. I guess I took the "random" part to heart, because I made a point of using parts I didn't think I'd likely use, or had too many of. Like the rubber throwing arm from the Power Pack and a white Hau, respectively. I never actually got around to using him, but I named him Hatena for reasons I've entirely forgotten. So, what about you guys? Any thoughts? |

And you are who exactly? The only thing I like about the matoran are the masks ( I used to collect them) and the hammer. You can't beat a good hammer.

When you intentionally model a MOC on a set you have done something wrong along the way custom one ain't bad tho You're welcome to join the discourse. How do you build your matoran? |

Chromehounds was alright, but the game's strategy was basically to get the most powerful and longest ranged gun you could and then hide somewhere
I liked Armored Core more. Even though the games have been fairly horrible on the whole the immense tweaking of your AC was great. Multiplayer arena was where it was at.

I'm not liking the exposed reverse studs on the inside of the upper leg, but other than that, it's looking pretty neat. @xero Storm: I haven't built matoran since these guys |
