That isn't your design Wheeljack, it may look similar, but it isn't. You used Visorak feet on both sides and had nothing underneath, while Toa Kehk's does have a mouth area, and not visorak feet. I suggest next time you accuse someone of something, you check your facts.
From what I can tell the moc looks pretty nice. My only complaints are the fact that it isn't a made from scratch torso, and that it doesn't bend at the waist. The head looks incredible, and you did a good job covering up the fact that it is perfab, and the bulkyness does a nice job of remaining constant throughout the entire moc. Keep it up, you'll go far.

It seems Brogen knows more about the situation than I do, so Im just going by his response here. Sometimes two people come up with the exact same or a similar idea independant, or maybe he barrowed (he does apear to have barrowed Karzahnis' arm chain design) or adapted a design from another MoCer, in this case yourself possibly but its not nesseserily stealing so much as it is baorrowing an idea. It would be wise under these situations to inquire before you accuse.
Hect I remember the time one member posted someone else's MoC and claimed it was his own when it's creator was on our forums. When confronted he went so far as to claim "Doctors said he had the amazing ability to look at something and build an exact replica without instructions". Even if that were remotley true, it was obvious he used the guy's own pictures and on top of that he'd only be makeing a copy of someone else's work, and an exact copy's only value is the material its made of and the novelty of being an "exact copy" of the original work. Im sure toa Cehk can clear things up.
...Dern I wanted to make suggestions on it, when you start judging MoCs with prefabricated parts as being less of a MoC than MoCs with mostly custom components...made from smaller prefabricated parts...You kinda lose the whole point of discussing the MoC at hand. Often MoCs with a bunch of prefabricated parts are just as cool and in most cases more sturdy and playable than miostly decorative MoCs so they have thier own sort of style. This I would say is one of the cooler MoCs of it's size and I like the use of parts and colorscheme.

Note: They look nothing alike. So quit complaining and shuddup.
I like it. It has the sort of 'i could never do this in my life' feel to it. Best thing i've seen today.

WRONG!Brogen, I'm referring to a DIFFERENT head design of mine.A DIFFERENT one. Here's a picture for reference: www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Ripto/moviechars/Ripto/ripto.jpg LINKIFIED.See the head?See Toa whatshisname's creation's head?See the apparrent similarities? It's pretty obvious that he took the head design of my prototype Ripto here, & removed the horn & replaced it w/something else. Now seeing the design in more detail, it is a fairly simple concept, and I could see how others could acidentally make a similar version of it. For example, I created a design for hands along time ago, which were actually adaptations of another member's (Deaddude), and then Lego made sets with hands very similar to that. Did they copy me? No, it was pure accident.

They are similar in concept but two people having a similar idea independatly happens very often, especialy when using the same artisistic medium. My toa Armory has a tool called the "eye of mata nui" which has two takanuva blades that lock into place in a particular way. An Exoforce set had a eerily similar takanuva double bladed tool but it is clearly different in other aspects, and the LEGO company isnt about to steal ideas, they have a very strict policy about where thier ideas come from. But, even if he did barrowed your idea, it is clear that the "something else" isnt just a simple horn switch, it has his own creative take which gives the character a mouth and a more proportional design consistant with the MoC itself, but before we go too far into this we really need to wait for Cehk's side of things.

Well I'm still quite disgruntled.I also realized I 'sorta' overreacted.BTW Monasti, my Ripto's head & Toa Cehk's Kudarax's head are quite similar.I guess your just blind...or didn't actually look at the Ripto prototype.Probably the latter. Don't make me come up with an insult! The only thing i didn't see was your head because of the angle in which it was.

I for one think it is brilliant. But maybe he would have been better with custom hands.

I like this quite a lot. Everything seems to be placed really well, and the torso has a good flow to it.
Great job!
