Well, I finally got the camera to lock on to my first titan-style MOC in some time. the nameless builderIt's actually from a story idea I've been fiddling with; he's a life-crafter with a taste for the surreal. His recent creations tend toward absurd things like walking hands, but he also created the story's antagonist. IT'S ALIVE!!My original intent was to see how many arms I could cram in, but I got bored after the third pair. Some aspects of the construction gave me trouble, particularly the legs. I'm never quite sure how I should cover them on this sort of build, and nothing ever seems to look quite right.

Reminds me of the Krahka combiner. Looks great but I think it would be better without that top pair of arms. You could probably make the legs look a lot better by making the shins bigger somehow. Overall its pretty sweet just come up with a more clever name

I like the tubes coming out of the Nuju head. There's nothing wrong with being conventional. If this had been a canon entity it would not be out of place. Definitely in the same class as Nocturn and if Nocturn didn't have the benefit of factory colors, it would perhaps rate lower than this. As far as the generic name, the effort needed to create good names is greater than thean the MOC. I submit numerous not-great names from Lego.

Yeah, I did struggle with the name. I wasn't even sure how I should go about choosing one. Then I considered the context of the character, and decided that the likelihood of actually needing to reference his name in the story would be slim given his reclusive nature, and certainly not worth the aggravation. Besides, I could still name him later, if I ever get around to actually writing the story.

I don't really like it...... looks too jumbled and not the limbs aren't very interesting build wise. Its not a bad moc, but i don't think its anything great either.

I like the MoC's story but the MoC itself needs more girth.

It needs more girth around the legs area, as Ria stated.
Ria, I like your signature. Scrubs is a good show.

How come the worst MOCs get the most replies dunno, maybe its more entertaining to tell someone their set sucks then it is to tell someone something is cool.

personally, I would only criticive him for being ungainly if he needed to fight more than he needed to build stuff. he looks like he wouldn't bother fighting, but would build himmself an army of groetesque bugs to do his evil bidding while he sat on a deck-chair somewhere sandy eating sundaes.
the top arms kill all!
