It's interesting, and I think your in the right direction with the headpiece and the sheer size of the thing, but it does look like a beta stage MoC right now. You may conisder after the contest is over, getting rid of the silver armor and working in some greyish parts as armour over the inner workings and torso. Sometimes I like to use my surplus of grey double sockets plugged together side by side to make more blocky armor, and I think that might make him look more reminiscent of the video version, which I THINK you're aiming for.

I really like your MoC, it's got some resembence to the video version, and it's sheer size is very nice. But I'll repeat what Immy said: To make it perfect, use more grey and bulk it up a bit. Other than that, it's an awesome set.

The double socked it commonly used as the upper leg or upper arm, the socket is where the ball on the limbs pop into to make a flexing joint. I happen to have a ton of the grey ones around, so to get rid of themI tried combining them to make plates of armor for larger MOCs. I recomment building them around the upper torso, and the upper arms at least.
