IC; "D***." Zeke said aloud "They went that far? Wow." Eli said "Zeke, don't say anything stupid you ***hole." Eli turned to Mei "Sorry for your loss."

Mei took a few steps back, letting go of Young and Arro, her face fell quiet, and quite tranquil for the moment. She stood there a long moment before responding.

"I guess...I guess we need to go after them...Well, I don't know where they would go, who would capture a balancer and boy..." She turned to the newcomer and frowned, "Don't play stupid with me, what do you know?"

Mei paused, opened her mouth to say something, but her hands went over her mouth, as she slowly rested her body against the academy's wall. Her emotionless face was soon replaced by sheer worriment and pain.

[Crono]

"D***it Zeke!' Eli then Looked at Mei and said "We don't no for sure but, this Kidnapping has the Brotherhood all over it, they want something in exchange for Hau and the Balancer." Then Zeke Butted in "You had brotherhood agents under your nose, but when we found out it looked like this information they want has something to do with that Balancer Prophecy, they want that in exchange for him and AND Aegis Thats all we know."
Voltcal said "We'll help get them back if it kills us."
Zeke Looked at Voltcal and said "Lets try to Live okay?"

Mei shook her head slowly, looking at Zeke. "The Brotherhood has acted like they have had no intrest with us humans until now...why would they dare bargin with those?"

Mei stood up, and slowly began to go up the stairs, back to the academy.

"You may come and help us, though I know not who to trust anymore...I must plan this out..."

"Yeah... there's a slight problem with catching them," interrupted Young. "They escaped in a rather large starship. We'll need something that can both fly and carry us all to deal with them."

[Ngakunui]

Gakurahk jumped off the airship, and threw Aegis a few over his head, at the feet of the small crowd. "It would be best if you experiment on this one when we're done with it. The sooner it's dead, the better." He said holding Aegis's mask tightly in his hands, bending it somewhat.

[Crono]

"I think i know where to get one, but it's gonna take some time to get it..." Zeke knew what he was talking about, "me and Eli will get what we need, lets see... a ship big enough to transport... six people, the reason i say six is cause we'll be undetectable...Okay we know where there's one, we'll be back in...two hours...but we're gonna need some help....Hey, Young is it? how would you like to get a ship?"

[Biocore]

Arro was processing all this information at an exceedingly high rate, going through several battle plans, scenarios, and tactics within seconds.

"Yeah... let's go inside and talk it out. I'd like to see our new acquaintances, and everyone else, for that matter." Arro slowly walked up the stairs, being sure not to trip.

[Crono]

Voltcal said "Don't even think about it." He then grabbed them and said "When we set out, we get the ship."

[LORD INTERNET DOT COM]

Aegis summoned the mask back to his face. It immediatley rectified itself.
"Th' mask of perfection's perfect. If y' wake it up then, yeah. Yer dead. Well saying that, yer dead anyway."
He darkshifted directly behind Gaku and punched him in the back of the head, sending his face cratering into the floor.
"And if y' think I'm stupid, or that it's that easy t' KO me, then... wow. Y' don't know 'owt."

OOC: Yeah that was getting irritating and I'm not going along with that >_> IC or OOC

[Ngakunui]

Gakurahk jumped back on his feet immediately, and back-flipped a short distance away from Aegis, then Gakurahk's arm seemed to become darker, somehow. He trusted his arm Aegis, and it morphed into some sort of barbed, vine-like appendage, which wrapped around the Balancer, with the barbs of the appendage sticking about three centimeters into Aegis's body .

"Go ahead, try to escape off this island. All you'll do is teleport out in the wild. This island's dome was made to shield against external teleportation if I recall correctly, even your darkshifting. And believe me; what's out there in the wild is a lot worse than what's in here, and that's if our patrols don't get to you first. And really, I would feel wonderful if you were to die out there like that. In fact, would feel better than I have in thousands of years, even."

OOC: Hey, really; I don't mind if you try to escape. You'd probably succeed, anyway. No, really; try it.

OOC: Is there a slight chance that someone's getting IC and OOC feelings confused >_________> and I'd also like to remind you that no matter how many times you say it, there's nothing preventing Aegis from escaping realistically. I'm not giving you an IC argument because they're always pointless but preventing a character from doing something in-game is godmodding. Just remember that.

BIC:
Aegis flashed white, withering the vines.
"Yeah, whatever. Ya vindictive little creep."

Out Of Character:

Also keep in mind that letting your character act highly overpowered is also godmodding. Seriously; I have not seen hardly any posts where you haven't asserted that your character successfully attacked someone in a battle. Maybe I should get KL down here to talk to you about that again? Because you are really acting like a total "newbie" about this hole thing.

Your character can be tortured without you acting this way about it- I've had my character undignified and tortured in various RPGs before, and I've never acted the way you are. Try making your character at least somewhat less god-like; it makes the game unbalanced. I understand I may have made things seem arbitrary, but try to play along in the game; not control next to every plot-twist.

I'm not saying you have to let your character be severely beaten, or tortured, but it gets annoying when your character can win or evade any situation without even trying.


In Character:

Gakurahk was stunned temporarily, and regenerated his arm, showing signs of exhaustion. He fell on his knees, bending over, with his arm over his stomach, holding himself upright with his other arm. Thear... do what needs to be done. He said telepathically.

Aegis grinned and promptly delivered a kick to Gaku's face.

OOC: Aegis, while I agree with both sides kind of; but really, sometimes a character needs to loose, get tortured...or whatever. We captured your character for a reason, why bother with this now? Even Toa Aegis can't have awesome moments 24/7, I thought it would be cool for him to be in a situation like this where it would be very likely he'd be tortured, or just be unable to fight back. Didn't we discuss and agree to this?

IC:

Thear clapped his hands.

"This has gone on far enough Balancer."

Immediately a swarm of large Makuta surrounded Aegis, and Thear walked over, pointing a gun at Aegis' face for a second, then moved over grabbing hold of Hau, pressing the large gun in his head.

"Don't tell me you'd risk jumping to a darkshift or balance power now, I really don't want to see brains splattered on this floor."

Hauuken tried to resist, but when he heard the click from the gun, the boy shakily froze.

[Biocore]

Arro went inside and slowly found his way to his room, where he had enough metal for at least a hundred heads. He placed his hands on the metal and felt his will move through it, bending, shaping, morphing it into the image of his old head, he added every last detail, felt it as circuits, wires, and various other parts suddenly formed within and began connecting and operating.

He placed his head on. "Ugh. That guy..... I think this is what these people call a grudge. I understand what it is now. Heh."

OOC: Guess who's back...

IC: Unaware to Thear, Gakurak, or anyone else on the ship, there was another person on board, and she cautiously watched what was happening.

Lynia had snuck aboard the ship before it took off, finding it landed in the wood she knew it wasn't good if it wasn't reported. However before she could report it she had to hide when Thear, along with a captured Aegis and Hauuken appeared.

Now she was witnessing some sort of dispute, and was trying to think how she could contact the academy to tell them where they were.

OOC: It was getting very frustrating him getting beaten up and KO'd all the time, as you can imagine, especially as KO'd characters are VERY dull to play as >_>
BIC:
Aegis grinned again.
"Well I certainly am important, eh? So whaddaya need from me, or are y' jus' 'ere t' аrse about?"

[kopakalady]

"Any Balancer would be important." Thear responded harshly, "You simply were the easiest to capture."

Thear pointed at the other Makuta. "Take the boy to the prisons, and keep a heavy guard on the Balancer, Gakurak and I will deal with him soon."

The groups slowly divided up, taking the figures to the selected areas.

Aegis shouted to Hau while being dragged along.
"Seeya in a minute!"

Young struggled before he could break free of Voltcal's grip. He then glanced around to see where ARRO was, only to later find that he had already went inside the academy.
"Yes, I did say I'd like to get a ship," began Young, "but we should at least THINK about our decisions before we make them, shouldn't we?"
He pulled out his sword and showed it to Voltcal, the blade completely black and the red jewel upon it brimming with light. "Trust me," he added. "I know from experience. 16 years of it."
Young then started running backwards back to the academy, saying to Voltcal, "I'll explain after that meeting we have at the academy!"

[kopakalady]

Mei Ying, yet again had everyone in the small meeting room. She was very silent for a moment, then spoke up softly.

"We are stretched thin. Young, Arro, Lance...Those newcomers will no doubt be of assistance. But I'm afraid I cannot find a way to contact Kaila, Biocore...or even Ionis. They have been gone for some time."

Mei gave off no emotion, but her golden eyes shimmered with worry.

"I will lead this operation when we are ready."

[Brogen]

"I am ready to go, Mei," said Lance, leaning up agaisnt the wall, "The stones of the Earth shall protect you."
He nodded and took a sip from his newly refilled flask.

"And as much as this sword is starting to freak me out," said Young, standing up and unsheathing his sword, "it shall protect you as well." After speaking, he thought, Now we just need an elf with a bow n' arrow and someone short who has an ax on their hands.

[Biocore]

"Unfortunately, fellows, Mei shan't be accompanying us. Unfortunately giving birth to Hau has rendered her unable to put herself in extreme situations such as this."

"...wait, what?"
Young turned to ARRO before adding, "I figured you would be falling to your knees and screaming "NO" at the top of your lungs instead of being calm like this."

Mei frowned, trying to think of a way to argue against it. But, there was no way around it, he was right, she couldn't go.

But still, she looked at him coldly, "Thank you for putting it in such a blunt manner."

[Ngakunui]

Gakurahk got back on his feet, coughing up a silver substance, almost like blood. He then wiped it off his mask, and cleared his throat. "Let's just experiment on that toa now. It should know what happens to it when it strikes back like that..."

[Biocore]

"I'm sorry if I offended you, Mei... I was just trying to control my emotions. I can;t let them get in my way in this mission."

[kopakalady]

IC: Thear

Thear raised his hand up, signaling a pause. He turned away from Gakurak, calmly looking out at the base for a moment.

"No need to be in a rush, but, I believe this would be a nice time for you to meet the one who will be leading the experiments."

Thear, slowly pointed toward a door.


IC: Mei

Mei smiled at Arro, "There is no need for that Arro, my emotions are being rather fueled right now...I want to go, yet, I know that will not be possible, I would only slow everyone down."
